Definitions

In these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• "Platform": The ReloAdvisor website, mobile applications, and related services accessible at reloadvisor.org
• "User": Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform
• "Lead": A potential customer inquiry submitted through the Platform requesting moving services
• "Moving Company": A verified service provider registered on the Platform to receive leads
• "Services": The lead generation, comparison, and connection services provided by ReloAdvisor
• "Content": All text, graphics, images, data, and other materials on the Platform

Article 1: General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReloAdvisor B.V. ("ReloAdvisor", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2 Amendments

ReloAdvisor reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Article 2: The Lead and Payment

2.1 Lead Generation Services

ReloAdvisor provides lead generation services by connecting Users seeking international moving services with verified Moving Companies. Users submit inquiries through the Platform, and ReloAdvisor forwards these inquiries to relevant Moving Companies.

2.2 Lead Qualification

ReloAdvisor reserves the right to qualify leads based on criteria including but not limited to: move origin, destination, volume, and User contact information quality. Unqualified leads may not be distributed to Moving Companies.

2.3 Payment Terms for Moving Companies

Moving Companies agree to pay fees for leads received according to the pricing model in effect at the time of lead delivery. Payment terms are specified in separate service agreements between ReloAdvisor and each Moving Company.

2.4 No Charges for Users

Users of the Platform are not charged for submitting inquiries or receiving quotes from Moving Companies. ReloAdvisor's services are free for Users seeking moving services.

Article 3: Registration and Use of Applications

3.1 Registration for Moving Companies

Moving Companies must complete a registration process to receive leads through the Platform. ReloAdvisor verifies all Moving Companies before approving registration. Verification includes but is not limited to: business license, insurance certificates, and customer references.

3.2 Accurate Information

All Users and Moving Companies agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when using the Platform. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3.3 Platform Usage

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Transmit viruses or malicious code through the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

3.4 Account Termination

ReloAdvisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity. Termination may occur without prior notice.

Article 4: Rights and Duties

4.1 ReloAdvisor's Rights

ReloAdvisor reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time
• Reject or remove any content for any reason
• Limit access to any part of the Platform
• Enforce these Terms of Use and take appropriate action for violations

4.2 ReloAdvisor's Duties

ReloAdvisor agrees to:

• Use reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform's availability and functionality
• Verify Moving Companies before approving them to receive leads
• Protect User data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provide customer support through contact information published on the Platform

4.3 User Duties

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond to Moving Companies that contact them
• Not submit duplicate or fraudulent inquiries
• Communicate directly with Moving Companies regarding service terms

4.4 Moving Company Duties

Moving Companies agree to:

• Contact leads promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate quotes and service information
• Maintain required licenses, insurance, and certifications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Article 5: Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Collection

ReloAdvisor collects personal data necessary to provide our services, including contact information, move details, and communication preferences. We collect this data directly from you and through your use of the Platform.

5.3 Data Sharing

We share your information with verified Moving Companies to provide you with quotes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Moving Companies are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide quotes for your move.

5.4 Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. For detailed information about your data rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy .

Article 6: Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All Content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data, is the property of ReloAdvisor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

ReloAdvisor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes related to finding moving services. This license does not include any right to resell or commercialize any portion of the Platform.

6.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Use the Platform or Content for any commercial purpose not authorized by ReloAdvisor
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform
• Use meta tags or code to misdirect users to the Platform

6.4 Trademarks

ReloAdvisor, the ReloAdvisor logo, and other trademarks appearing on the Platform are trademarks of ReloAdvisor B.V. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use any ReloAdvisor trademarks.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Competent Court

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands, specifically the district court where ReloAdvisor B.V. has its registered office. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, unless expressly prohibited by applicable law.

7.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

7.5 Waiver

The failure of ReloAdvisor to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ReloAdvisor.

7.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReloAdvisor regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
